I just can’t stop thinking about the Malaysia Airline Flight that seems to have just disappeared! How is it that a plane holding over 200 people can just vanish into thin air? Not a trace . . . no “may day” alert . . .absolutely nothing! I feel for the families that have refused to leave the airport, waiting for answers . . . answers that no one seems to have. I heard an expert this morning say, “it’s like a murder mystery without
a body” . . . but we are talking about over 200 bodies! I keep hearing the plane was “state of the art” . . . “excellent safety record” . . . yet they have no clues and again no answers. I just hope the families get answers soon . . . answers that hopefully can help them find some peace and closure . . .
It is eerie and makes me glad I don;t fly often. My heart goes out to the families. How they must be feeling, suffering now. It is unimaginable.

ReplyDeleteEerie is right--how does a plane disappear without a trace? my thoughts and prayers, too, are with those families left to wonder what happened to their loved ones.
ReplyDeleteIt's truly just unimaginable in this day and time. C'mon, there is so much technology and radar. How can it just vanish? It's quite frightening and heartbreaking. I am praying for answers for all those families.

ReplyDeleteRead one article reminding all of us that in this day and age where we can GPS your iPhone down to the park bench you left it one, that it is unacceptable that an airplane is not constantly pinging its location someplace.
And they aren't when they fly over oceans.
Everything is dependent on the black box. Once thought of as an amazing technology, now it just seems so archaic and foolish doesn't it?
What if we cant find the black box? You mean that's it? all of our eggs in one basket?
I just feel something really bad has happened. I hope we have more news soon...
