A few days ago while in Playa Del Rey where my niece lives we took time to take a hike at Will Rogers State Park in Pacific Palisades, CA . It's about a 1 mile uphill treck to the top of Inspiration Point. I have to admit it was a little tough, but the view at the top was breathtaking! Such a "feel good" way to spend the morning getting out into nature! After a little rest and a bottle of water we headed back. I was glad the return trip was all downhill!!
Inspire . . . A friend shared her blog with me which inspired me to dig deep inside and bring my thoughts onto paper...maybe I will pay it forward and inspire someone too! Thanks, Michelle!

What a hike, but the view is amazing! It's all good for the mind, body, and spirit!
ReplyDeleteHappy packing today!
Awesome pictures - what a view! Being out in the wide open spaces keep one's mind open as well. Don't work too hard on that packing - enjoy a breathe of fresh air and a glass of wine.
ReplyDeleteSo glad the view was worth the climb! You were lucky to get a clear day.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful place to hike - no wonder it's called Inspiration Point!
ReplyDeleteLove that you took a break from moving to take this hike. What a gorgeous picture.
